Manage baby to sleep comfortably


A newborn baby needs enough sleep.  They can rest for up to 16 hours a day.  But, they can't sit on an empty stomach for that long.  As the stomach has to be filled with fluids, there is frequent indulgence.  When the stomach is empty, they wake up.

So the baby should be breastfed.  For this, the mother should consume more nutritious or liquid food.

Manage baby quiet atmosphere


As newborn babies can be disturbed quickly, they should be put to sleep in a quiet place.  Whenever possible you should have a car or other soundproofing area.  It should also be kept free from pollution.

Don't be silly with baby


The baby's room temperature should be adjusted as the outside cold will affect quickly.  However, the baby should not be kept too warm in the warmth cycle.  Their skin is very sensitive and can be affected immediately by the external environment.

Before breastfeeding of baby


How often is it a problem to breastfeed the first baby?  There is no experience.  She should be breastfed 8 to 12 times for 24 hours after birth.  Breastfeeding mothers should also eat a balanced diet.


The baby should be placed on the chest and the nipple should be touched on the lips.  After the baby opens the mouth, the breasts should be gently pressed.  If the baby is not able to suckle properly, it should be gradually accustomed.

To defecate 


The baby continues to suffer.  He also continues to defecate.  After defecating, the baby's clothes should be changed immediately.  You need to change 6-8 diapers in a day.

In case of direction, warm water should be dipped in cotton and cleaned.  The baby should be left without diapers for a few hours a day.

Keep sanitation status good for baby


Special care should be taken in the hygiene of the newborn baby.  It is difficult to take a bath.

In the first week after the baby is born, the sponge should be gently cleaned.  Once the umbilical cord comes out, you should take regular bath twice or thrice a week.  Hot water should be used for bathing.
